Saber is on of the main characters from the game and
anime: Fate/Stay Night. She is a servant summoned
by a magician to fight in a battle that occurs every
10 years. She is the spiritual reincarnation of King
Arthur and wields Excalibur as her weapon. She is the
strongest of all the servants within the realm of
Fate/Stay Night and protector of the protagonist of
the story: Emiya Shiro.
This is a 1/6 resin figure kit from Cereberus Project.
The kit was built stock with the addition of magnets
embedded into her back, stomach, back armor, and
breast plate. The use of magnets was chosen to allow
for placement and removal of her shirt and body armor.
The kit was mostly painted using Mr Color Lacquer.
The armor pieces were painted using Alclad II Polished
Aluminum over gloss black. The gold trim was a
mixture of clear yellow and clear orange over the
Polished Aluminum. The eyes were hand painted using
enamel paints.
