Here is a fictional look into the future of law enforcement vehicles. In the future
the United States will be plauged with terrorist activity equivilent to
modern day Israel. All State-wide law enforcement agencies will require
specialized Counter Terrorism Units. The Kentucky State Police will need a
tough, versatile, armored vehicle for urban environments, capable of
delivering a wide variety of firepower. The CAV shown here
features: Siren/PA, Blue Lights, Complex Com Package, Spot Light, Hell Fire
Rockets, 50 cal gun, 7.62 Cal Gun, Dual multi Purpose Grenades launcher.
I took an AMT AT-ST, and wanted to do a law enforcement theme. I gave it an
anime-inspired agressive stance. I used 'for sale' sign styrene to add onto
the personnel compartment. I used Apoxie scult to make leg joints, the fire
extinquisher and fill seams. I made the rocket launcher out of a bic pen,
the siren/pa speaker from a pen tip. The left side 7.62mm gun is the gun
turret from the AMT AT-AT Kit. Tidbits left over from a Gundam were used or the
grenade launchers and hydraulic seams. Some sprue was used for hydraulics and the .50
cal gun. Wire made hydraulic hoses. I reversed the AT-ST feet just to take it
further from original.
