This is my 2500th scale So'Na batleship from the movie Star Trek: Insurrection®.

The ship is just over 15" across and is in scale with the ERTL 3-Piece Enterprise sets. The ship is entirely scratchbuilt from wood, styrene and laminated cardstock (for the "warp vanes"). The model too just over two weeks to complete and I thefirst of several alien ship designs I have in progress. This is (to my knowledge) the first physical model of this ship made to date and I am pleased with the finished piece.

This ship made for a good breather between even more complex projects and I plan on building the smaller "Command ship" to accompany her on display.
